Join our team as a Senior UI and Graphic Designer to create innovative visual and interactive aspects of marketing campaigns for growing startups and SMEs. Your expertise will ensure designs align with brand and campaign objectives, collaborating closely with strategists, developers, and branding experts. You will drive high-impact solutions in a dynamic, performance-driven environment, continuously iterating and optimising design solutions based on data-driven insights and client feedback. Responsibilities

  1. Lead the design and implementation of UI/UX for digital marketing assets, including websites, mobile apps, and interactive tools.
  2. Develop and refine graphic design elements for various marketing materials such as logos, brochures, and social media graphics.
  3. Work in tandem with marketing strategists to ensure that all designs align with brand and campaign objectives.
  4. Continuously iterate and optimize design solutions based on data-driven insights and client feedback.
  5. Contribute to creative brainstorming sessions and provide design expertise to enhance campaign strategies.
  6. Manage multiple design projects from concept to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines and quality standards.
  7. Measure the effectiveness of design solutions in achieving marketing goals and make data-informed adjustments.

Tools you will use

At Noodle, we utilise a suite of tools and software to ensure seamless collaboration, efficient project management, and high-quality output for our clients. Below is a brief overview of the tools we use and why they are essential to our operations. If you have experience in these tools it would be a plus.

  1. Notion: Our central hub for knowledge management, project tracking, and internal wikis. It helps us organise information, manage tasks, and streamline workflows across the team, ensuring everyone is on the same page.
  2. Slack: Our primary platform for quick communication, both internally and externally. Slack enables us to collaborate in real-time, share updates, and maintain an open line of communication with clients and team members, fostering a dynamic and responsive work environment.
  3. Google Workspace: We rely on Google Workspace for document creation, storage, and collaboration. Tools like Drive, Docs, Sheets, Slides, and Google Colab facilitate efficient data management, collaborative editing, and seamless sharing of information.
  4. Webflow: Our go-to tool for marketing website development. Webflow allows us to design, build, and launch responsive websites quickly, providing our clients with high-quality, visually appealing online presences.
  5. Figma: Essential for design and prototyping, Figma enables our team to create, iterate, and collaborate on design projects in real-time. It helps us deliver precise and engaging design solutions tailored to our clients’ needs.
  6. Canva: Used for creating quick animated materials and social media posts, Canva offers a user-friendly interface and a wide range of templates. It’s perfect for producing high-quality visual content efficiently.
  7. HubSpot: Our CRM of choice for managing client relationships and sales processes. HubSpot helps us keep track of interactions, automate marketing efforts, and drive business growth through data-driven insights and personalised communication.

What a week would look like?

  1. Monday:
    • Attend the weekly planning meeting to discuss the week’s priorities and set design goals for ongoing projects.
    • Begin brainstorming and sketching initial design concepts for new client projects.
    • Review and refine design briefs, ensuring all necessary materials and information are gathered.
  2. Tuesday:
    • Participate in the morning stand-up meeting to provide updates and outline tasks for the day.
    • Develop UI/UX prototypes for a new client project, collaborating with developers for seamless integration.
    • Conduct a design review session with the team to present initial concepts and gather feedback.
  3. Wednesday:
    • Join the stand-up meeting to discuss progress and receive feedback from the team.
    • Refine and finalise graphic design elements for marketing materials, incorporating feedback from stakeholders.
    • Collaborate with the strategy team to ensure designs align with overall campaign objectives.
  4. Thursday:
    • Attend the stand-up meeting to address any design challenges and adjust plans as needed.
    • Test and optimise designs based on user interaction data, making necessary adjustments to improve usability and aesthetics.
    • Mentor junior designers, providing guidance and feedback on their work.
  5. Friday:
    • Participate in the stand-up meeting to review the week’s accomplishments and set preliminary goals for the next week.
    • Finalise design tasks and ensure all components are ready for client presentations or deployment.
    • Prepare a brief report on the week’s design activities, highlighting progress and areas for improvement. Reflect on the week’s achievements and plan for upcoming projects, ensuring continuous innovation and design excellence.

Job requirements

  1. Minimum of 7 years experience in UI/UX and graphic design, preferably within a marketing or advertising agency.
  2. Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite, Procreate and Figma.
  3. Strong understanding of branding principles and how design influences user behaviour and marketing outcomes.
  4. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, iterative environment.
  5. Demonstrated ability to lead design projects and deliver results under tight deadlines.
